Who We Are

HM Road Racing Development was founded by Henry Marshall, a racer turned coach with a mission to help others reach their full potential behind the wheel. After years competing at a national level, Henry created a program that fuses deep motorsport knowledge with a passion for mentorship.

Our philosophy is simple: give 100% full-throttle effort, whether you're leading the race or learning from the back of the pack. We believe in sharing knowledge, building a supportive community, and nurturing talent at every stage of the racing journey.
